We have recently come to know that some of our Eco Mark certified products [Thinline Cabinets] have a usage period outside of the Eco Mark. This was due to a change in the blending ratio of recycled materials due to a change in the materials used, which resulted in products that did not meet the certification standards, and the application for withdrawal was delayed.

In response to this incident, we have reported to the Japan Environmental Association, a public interest incorporated foundation, and the prescribed response has been completed.

We would like to sincerely apologize for the great inconvenience and concern we have caused to the many people involved. In the future, we will thoroughly manage information and strive to prevent recurrence.
