ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Joto-ku, Osaka City, President: Yoshiro Hirai, hereinafter referred to as "ITOKI") will launch the "eS Cabinet," a new generation of storage furniture with improved information security functions and earthquake resistance in office spaces, in December 2015.

In recent offices, physical information security has been reconsidered, and there is a demand for storage furniture that is sophisticated yet easy to operate in daily work, and that can be used by anyone while restricting access to information. ITOKI's "eS Cabinet" is a new generation of storage furniture that solves these issues at low cost.

Conventional security cabinets generally require extensive installation such as being built into existing storage furniture, and also require electrical and other facility work, but this "eS Cabinet" is highly designed, easy to transport and install, and can be installed in a short period of time. In terms of storage operation, it is equipped with an auto-lock/keyless lock with three selectable modes, so it is easy for anyone to use, while ensuring high security and providing a better environment for intensive information sharing in the office space.

Main Features
□ Security: Always locked, and unlocking can be done in one of three operation modes

□Safety: Improved basic earthquake resistance to reduce the risk of drawers and stored items flying out during earthquakes.

A mechanism is used to prevent multiple drawers from flying out at the same time due to earthquake shaking, which could shift the center of gravity forward and make the storage furniture more likely to tip over.

Main type specifications

The dimensions of the modules are the same as those of the ITO Xin Line Cabinet. The Crystal Cabinet and magazine rack are the same as those of the Thin Line Cabinet, and can be connected vertically and horizontally. The main body is finished with a powder-coated steel plate.

Color variations
