Report on relief activities for the Great East Japan Earthquake (provision of study desks and chairs for temporary housing)
As part of its relief efforts for those affected by the disaster, ITOKI CORPORATION decided to provide study desks and chairs free of charge to anyone who wanted to move into temporary housing. As the first step, the company delivered desks and chairs to 18 homes in the Asuto Nagamachi area of Taihaku Ward, Sendai City on Sunday, June 12, 2011.

◎Study desk and chair
We have prepared 450 study desks and 1,000 chairs as relief supplies. We will collect supplies from within Sendai City until the end of June 2011, and plan to provide them to other affected municipalities by distributing application forms at the temporary housing information sessions. *We are unable to respond to individual requests due to delivery restrictions.
◎School bag
In April 2011, we sent a total of 515 school bags to disaster-stricken areas around the country.
We sincerely pray for the speedy recovery of the affected areas.
