As disclosed on November 28, 2011 in the "Notice Concerning the Execution of a Formal Agreement Regarding the Transfer of Business to a Subsidiary," our company will transfer its laboratory equipment business to Dalton Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Dalton") on January 1, 2012.

In connection with this business transfer, the license agreements currently concluded between ITOKI and Waldner (Secuflow, etc.) will be transferred to Dalton, and Dalton will become the party to the contracts with Waldner going forward. Dalton is a consolidated subsidiary of ITOKI, and the relationship between the ITOKI Group and Waldner will be maintained as before. We appreciate the understanding of all parties involved.
