ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) was responsible for the entire process of Otafuku Holdings Co., Ltd.'s new base, "Otafuku Borderless Base," from concept formulation to design and construction, and has now unveiled it on the design gallery site "ITOKI WORK-Style Design," which introduces cutting-edge spatial examples from a designer's perspective.

This project is to renovate a former warehouse into a new base for the International Business Headquarters, IT Promotion Department, and Co-Creation Headquarters, and has set the office concept as "WA (circle) RING, (harmony) GLOBAL, and (Wow!) AMAZING." The design is characterized by a circular motif that creates connections between people, an open layout, and magnetic spaces that encourage spontaneous interactions, all of which support diverse work styles and emergence.

The process itself is reflected in the design, such as the logo motif art and meeting room name ideas created together with employees during workshops. It is a co-creation type office that will continue to evolve depending on the users even after completion.
