First in the industry for 8 consecutive years! ITOKI certified as ``2024 Health and Productivity Management Organization White 500 in Large Enterprise Category''

ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) has been recognized as one of the "White 500" companies in the large corporation category of the 2024 Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporations, jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This is the first time that a company operating in the office furniture business has been recognized for eight consecutive years.

ITOKI considers the physical and mental health of its employees to be an important management issue, and in order to further promote strategic health management, it established the Health Management Declaration in February 2017. In order to further accelerate activities related to employee health, we established the Health Management Promotion Committee, which is made up of the departments in charge of health within the company. The committee is chaired by the president and representative director, and currently continues to carry out various activities and initiatives to help employees work in a healthier manner.

In addition, in XORK 2022, the headquarters office “ITOKI TOKYO XORK We jointly obtained the highest rank (S rank) of the Office Certification System (CASBEE-SWO Certification) with the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building Management Association and Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. Through a tour of this working showroom, XORK, we are able to inform customers about ITOKI's initiatives and the effects and importance of health activities, in an effort to promote the health of society as a whole.

Having been certified by the White 500 in the Large Enterprise Category of the 2024 Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program for the eighth consecutive year, we are working to further improve the health of each and every employee, and at the same time, we are working to improve the health of office workers through workplace proposals to customers. We aim to realize a society where people can work in a healthy manner.
