Our Initiatives - Initiatives for a new way of working that will help you stay healthy while working -

Based on the "Health Management Declaration," ITOKI conducts various activities to help employees work in a healthier manner, centered on the "Health Management Promotion Committee," a cross-organizational organization comprised of in-house health-related departments. We are implementing various initiatives. At our head office (ITOKI TOKYO XORK), we are implementing a new way of working called "XORK Style." In the office, we have created an environment where daily activities naturally lead to increased step counts and healthy activities, such as the installation of internal stairs that allow employees to move up and down without using elevators, and the arrangement of desks and tables that can be moved up and down. In addition, we are actively planning and implementing a ``health activity incentive'' system and exercise events for employees.

Going forward, we will continue to further improve the health of each employee, and at the same time, aim to create a society where office workers can work in a healthy manner by proposing workplaces to customers.
