ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at ORGATEC TOKYO 2023, the workplace trade show, the largest office furniture trade fair in Asia originating from Germany, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, April 26th to Friday, April 28th, 2023.

"Orgatec Tokyo 2023" will be held for the second time in Japan, with more than 120 brands and manufacturers from around the world participating under the theme of "SHIFT DESIGN - Design frees your work style." The latest office designs and work styles brimming with creativity come together.

At the ITOKI booth, we will propose new spatial value and products for offices based on the concept of "Wander into & Reunion." Now that hybrid working styles have become mainstream, the reasons and true value of returning to the office are being questioned, and the need for consideration for Planet environment and achieving the well-being of office workers is increasing. To answer these questions, ITOKI has prepared two areas. The "Wander into area" around the booth is lined with products that create a sense of environmental coexistence through the use of recycled materials and wood, connections between dispersed places through the use of ICT, and a comfortable sound environment. The "Reunion Area" in the center is a plaza-like open space that liberates humanity, creating a space for free and active gatherings and inspiration. We will also work to carbon offset the amount of CO2 emissions (2 tons) generated from electricity usage at our booth.

We will introduce products and solutions that enhance new value for offices, divided into three perspectives: ``HUMANITY'', ``SUSTAINABLE'', and ``SEAMLESS''. Experience a more productive and creative office that you'll want to return to, realized through Tech×Design.

The design is visually pleasing and makes office workers want to gather together. We will exhibit highly designed partitions and furniture that encourage interaction and co-creation.

A design that not only contributes to preserving Planet environment, but also to the mental and physical health of office workers. We will introduce examples of the development of various recycled materials and their use in furniture.

Work from Anywhere workers is designed to connect corporations and work in a variety of spaces with ICT. We propose to create an environment where everyone can work together comfortably under the hybrid of online and real world.

ITOKI will begin carrying the Spanish furniture brand ``esPattio,'' which will be making its first appearance in Japan. Inspired by the Mediterranean atmosphere, the contemporary design is stimulating and inviting, enlivening the workspace from a human-centered perspective.

Orgatec is an office furniture trade fair held in Cologne, Germany. With a history of 70 years, we have always continued to propose office environments that are ahead of the times. The exhibition is one of the largest in the world, and is located at the forefront of the office world, attracting developers, architects, interior designers, and many other creators and businessmen from Europe, North America, and Asia.
Last year, Japan's first Orgatec Tokyo event attracted 22,000 visitors. In addition to the impressive exhibition booths, the seminars and presentation awards were crowded with many people. This time, the event will be held on a scale that is approximately twice as large as last year.
