Itoki Nagoya office reopens as an office that practices ABW!

ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiro Hirai) has renovated the 30-year-old ITOKI Nagoya Office Plaza and has now begun accepting reservations for tours by appointment only, with infection prevention measures in place to ensure customer safety.

As the new normal work style spreads, offices are required to change from the traditional offices where people go back and forth between their desks and conference rooms to offices that accommodate the diverse working styles of workers.

With the consulting of Veldhoen+Company, a collaborative partner and founder of ABW, we co-created a new way of working with employees and designed a space that would make this possible.

The office has an office space where you can put the ABW working style into practice, as well as a space where you can use the furniture that makes up the space, so you can actually experience what it's like to choose a place to work depending on your activity. We also have a touchdown space available for business partners.

Cross x Cloth

Each person will exercise their own discretion to the fullest and work with vigor. They intersect, overlap, and weave together.
We aimed for a space that feels as if it was spun from a single piece of cloth.

Features of the facility

1. ABW supports freedom of action

Based on Veldhoen + Company's intellectual property and knowledge, we categorized the anticipated workers activities into 10 activity groups and designed spatial features to support each activity and maximize productivity and creativity.

2. Infection prevention measures that allow you to work with peace of mind during the Corona era

In the new office, we have created a space that meets workplace standards based on the "Post Corona Workplace Guide Book Vol. 1" (*), which compiles work style rules and environment creation to ensure safe growth. I am.

To prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, we prioritize the safety of our customers and employees, and in order to reduce crowding and close contact, we are limiting reservations (by the day before) and number of visitors (up to 5 people). We will also operate during visiting hours (10:00 to 16:00). We may also ask you to adjust your reservation date and time to alleviate congestion.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Regarding reservations for student tours, we will not be accepting reservations from the showroom website for the time being.
