ITOKI is implementing a variety of initiatives to support diverse work styles by diverse human resources. In fiscal 2022, we launched SPLi, a community that supports women's continued career development by providing an environment and plan where women can demonstrate leadership while leveraging their individuality and diverse individuality.
At ITOKI, we pursue the possibilities of new materials that have never existed before in the world, and promote research in our technology development organization.
