Use of ITOKI CORPORATION corporate logo

We have prepared corporate logo data (hereinafter "our logo") of ITOKI CORPORATION (hereinafter "our company") available for use by partners and media.
If you wish to use the logo, please check the rules and guidelines for logo usage and download it according to your purpose.

<Logo usage rules>

This establishes the basic rules for the use of our company's logo.
Corporations or individual business owners who wish to use our logo (hereinafter referred to as "users") may do so without obtaining separate permission from our company, as long as they comply with the guidelines and within the scope of the logo usage rules. You can use our logo for free. When using our logo, users are deemed to have agreed to the logo usage rules and guidelines.

Attribution of rights

All rights to our logo (including copyrights, trademark rights, etc.) belong to our company.

Intended use

Users may use our logo only in the following cases:

Prohibited matter

When using our logo, the following items are prohibited.

  Re-licensing the use of our logo to a third party without obtaining prior consent from our company

  Attach our logo to products manufactured by a third party other than our company and sell, transfer, rent, etc.

  Use in such close proximity that it cannot be distinguished from other trademarks, etc.

  Use for any purpose or method that suggests partnership, approval, sponsorship, recommendation, or any other relationship with our company.

  Use for the purpose, method, or content of slandering our company and group companies, or the services and products of our company and group companies, or damaging their reputations.

  Use in the following content/media, etc.

  • Content or media that contains illegal, pornographic, gambling, discriminatory statements, or other content that violates public order and morals.
  • Media operated, managed, or otherwise affiliated with antisocial forces
  • Content or media that contains content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, honor rights, privacy rights, or other legal or contractual rights of the Company, group companies, or third parties.

  Use in any other manner or content that the Company deems inappropriate at its discretion.

User's responsibility

  If the Company or a group company suffers any damage (including the burden of attorney's fees, etc.) due to the use of the logo, the User shall immediately compensate the Company or a group company in accordance with the claims made by the Company or the group company.

  If the Company deems that the user violates the logo usage rules and guidelines, the Company may suspend the use of the logo data or take other measures that the Company deems necessary against the user.

  We may terminate or change your use of our logo at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer

  The Company shall notify the User of any de facto or legal incompatibility (including safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a particular purpose, infringement of rights, etc.) with the Company's logo. We make no warranty, express or implied, that there will be no.

  The Company is under no obligation to provide the User with the Company's logo by removing the non-conformities set forth in the preceding paragraph.

  Our company is not responsible for any damage caused to users or third parties due to our logo.

Changes to logo usage rules and guidelines

We may change the logo usage rules and guidelines without prior notice if we deem it necessary. The revised logo usage rules and guidelines shall become effective from the time they are posted in an appropriate location on the website operated by the Company, and the user may not accept the changes by continuing to use the Company logo even after the change. You will be deemed to have agreed to the following logo usage rules and guidelines.

Governing law/jurisdiction

  The governing law regarding the rules for use of the logo and the licensing of our logo shall be Japanese law.

  For any disputes that arise between users and our company arising from or related to our logo, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
