New generation chair feeling the wind in the office

ITOKI CORPORATION (President: Tadashi Matsui) will begin to sell office chair called "Vento" from December 2010.
Vento chair blends into a space as an element of office space, reflects the quality improving the worker's motivation, utilizes the design harmonizing with architecture, and creates an enriched environment.
On the back of the chair, we have developed our original mesh material, "stripe layered fabric," which provides texture differences; black and stain-resistant in the front side and gray in the back and contrasts strongly with light-filled office. Unlike conventional mesh chairs, Vento chair enables the user to experience a comfort, a feeling like wrapping around. Equipped with the world's first automatic lumbar tension mechanism, it automatically adjusts the lumbar support to the right position in response to the rocking of back.
On the seat of the chair, we have used our original "bending seat", which receives a favorable reputation as it sinks naturally in response with weight and supports the body firmly. The material is environmentally-friendly and more than 90% is recyclable in weight comparison.
As a new-generation mesh chair pursuing the functionality and design of the chair, Vento chair provides office workers with new feeling of comfort when seated. |
