Lumbar mechanism that can support a variety of sitting styles
"SPINA Chair" DEBUIT



g Passive h and g Active h are key words for our New Task Chair SPINA.
PSS (Passive Slide Seat) and ALS (Active Lumbar Support) mechanism is developed by ITOKI..
According to the sitting posture, the Seat slides down backward (Passive Slide Seat) and the Lumbar Support moves forward (Active Lumbar Support).
Using PSS & ALS mechanism, SPINA chair supports your lower back and keeps the spine in ideal S-shape even when changing postures or stooping forward in the chair.
It enables you to get rid of the stress on the neck or back and the chronic fatigue at work.

Resin Back type

In order to heighten the flexibility ITOKI adopted elastomer resin, which has a neutral quality between resin and rubber, and designed the back with vertical rib structure.  


Fabric Back type

Inner shell with slits and polyurethane are adopted.


Float Bending Seat

ITOKI have developed g Float Bending Seat h that has the inner shell with many slits. It realizes the comfortable seating and ventilation by bending the inner shell in respose with weight.

We have some translucent colors in Resin Back type to match with the lighting and brightness of interior design at new office.
Simple Design Fabric Back types are also available according to your taste and purpose.


Origin of the Name

SPINA means g spine h in Latin, and implies the mechanism that always supports your back.
