Systema Gate with stylish and smart design debuts

Itoki Corporation (president: Kiyotaka Kaneko) has announced the release of its new thin-body compact swinging gate, Systema Gate, in July.

With the strong demand for increased security for companies and their facilities due to changes to the social climate in recent years, Itoki has developed the Systema Gate as part of the Itoki Access Control System (IACS) for physical security control. This gate is an indispensable accessory for building access control in that system.
The new Systema Gate authenticates building and room entry by contactless IC cards and detects slipping through with others to easily prevent and monitor access by unauthorized persons. This swinging security gate emphasizes good design while keeping the price down.
The gate body is a slim 130 mm, giving it one of the most compact structures in the industry. It can thus be set up in less space than was possible past models.
A clear face on top of the gate entrance and walkway part lights up, and a large display design is employed to clearly identify authorization to pass. Walkways dimensions are either a standard 600 mm type or wide 900 mm type.

Scheduled release: July 2006
Sales target: 100 in the first year
